The 9 Coolest Ways to Kick Off the Second Half

The second half of the season begins tonight as your Miami Marlins kick off a 3-game series against the San Francisco Giants!

While this marks the shortest homestand of the season, it’s still jammed pack with plenty to do and be a part of!

9 – Friday is Happy Hour! – What better way to start your weekend of baseball than with $4 domestic draft beers from 5:30pm-6:30pm at the Budweiser Bow Tie Bar? We agree that it’s the perfect excuse to come early and beat the traffic.

8 – More Special Events! – Did you know that during every homestand, there’s new special events to be a part of? Come to Marlins Park on Family Sunday for #SelfieSunday. Line up at Section 28 at noon sharp, you never know who will stop by!

5 – DJ R1 at the Clevelander free after Saturday’s game! Following last pitch on Saturday, keep the party going at the Clevelander at Marlins Park , where DJ R1 will be spinning on the 1′s and 2′s for Saturday Spectacular.

4 – Have any extra baseball equipment around the house? – From 11:30am-1:00pm on Family Sunday, stop by the Baseball Tomorrow Fund Equipment Drive and drop off your new or used baseball equipment outside of the Home Plate Entrance for underprivileged youth in the area. All that baseball equipment you don’t use will be put to good use!

3- Sit Back and Enjoy Fireworks! – The Fireworks Friday tradition continues this second half with a post-game fireworks show! Make sure to stay in your seat after today’s game, you’ll already have the best seat in the house!

2 – Beerfest is back this second half! – Beerfest at the Clevelander at Marlins Park starts at 4:10pm tomorrow (Saturday) and runs for 3 hours leading up to the 7:10pm Saturday game start! 1 – Colombia Heritage Night!  –  Bring your instruments and join us tonight for our Colombian Heritage Night celebrations!
